BethAnn, after much prayer and discernment, had decided to retire from her position and worked closely with the BOD during a period of transition. BethAnn remains on E3 Africa’s Board of Directors.

Micki Schroeder commented on the election results: "This is quite an honor and a blessing. Working with the mission of E3 Africa fully utilizes professional knowledge and personal experiences. I pray that everything our BOD does for our students and staff in Uganda is a success!"
