Presentation at St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church

The weekend of December 2nd and 3rd, Fr. Robert Aliunzi, Ugandan missionary priest and pastor of St. Andrew the Apostle Catholic Church in Chandler, will be preaching at all Masses.

Fr. Robert will share about his life as a child in Uganda.  As a result of his experiences, Fr. Robert founded E3 Africa to provide educational opportunities for the most vulnerable youth in Uganda.  Unlike the U.S., education is a privilege, not a right, in Uganda.  Over 20 years of rebel warfare under Joseph Kony and the HIV/AIDS epidemic have negatively impacted this country.  Education is the key to overcoming the cycle of poverty and giving hope for a brighter future.

Currently, E3 Africa sponsors 168 students who now have an opportunity for a life beyond subsistence.  Fr. Robert will be asking parishioners of St. Andrew the Apostle to join in helping to make a difference in the lives of the children of Uganda.  We invite you to bring a friend to Mass and stop by the E3 Africa table afterward.

Arizona Rosary Celebration

This year marks the 42nd year of Arizona's Rosary celebration tradition! This major celebration in honor of Our Lady is sponsored by the Arizona Knights of Columbus and held in conjunction with the Dioceses of Tucson and Phoenix.

E3 Africa will be hosting a table inside the Phoenix Convention Center during the celebration! There will be a display of the rosaries that our students have made using a traditional Ugandan paper bead making technique! Donations for the rosaries are greatly appreciated as all donations go to supporting E3 Africa's mission.
